    Cynthia Sophia Cobb, 32, Moore Street — suspended license, headlights violation, cocaine possession.

Incidents
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A man was arrested for calling 911 three times, falsely reporting an emergency, while he was drunk around 9:20 p.m. Wednesday.
    WESTERN FINANCE SERVICE — (PROCTOR STREET) Someone reported around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday that an employee was scammed into sending a moneygram for $4,740 to an unknown caller.
    WILD WING CAFÉ — Three men and two women left the restaurant without paying for around $70 worth of food and beer around 11:30 p.m. Thursday,.

Arrests
    Brock Stephen Johnson, 24, Willow Bend — theft by taking, theft by deception.
    Yolanda Michelle Hill, 28, Packinghouse Road — marijuana possession, obstruction, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Castron Romel Davis, 35, Packinghouse Road — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, giving false identity, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    Charles Arinze Asbakwu, 25, Hencart Road, Glennville — unlawful obtaining for, procuring for or giving unauthorized items to an inmate; trading with inmates without warden’s consent.
    Benjamin Michael Lanier, 20, Rocky Ford Road, Portal — obstruction.

Incidents
    TEAL CIRCLE — A woman complained to deputies around 6 p.m. Oct. 23 that a neighbor snatched a chain from her daughter’s hand as the daughter returned the neighbor’s loose dog. The act hurt the girl.
    U.S. HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — Deputies searching for a man who failed to show up in court on kidnapping charges found him inside the house, trying to barricade himself, around 11 p.m. Oct. 24. A woman was arrested as well for obstructing officers trying to apprehend him.
