Statesboro Police Department
    SALLIE ZETTEROWER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — Officers were called to the school due to an unruly child, who was turned over to parental custody.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — A man was arrested for underage alcohol possession after police responded to a noise ordinance violation.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    EXCALIBUR COURT — A man reportedly burned a woman with a cigarette, bruised her by grabbing her repeatedly, broke her cell- phone, and jumped on top of her car as she tried to leave. He caused damage to the vehicle when he did so. The burn was caused when he tried to grab her while holding the burning cigarette. He was arrested.
    EAST WOMACK ROAD — A woman reported the theft of checks from her closet. Investigations revealed the checks were forged and cashed.
    DELOACH CHURCH ROAD CONNECTOR — A juvenile who had already encountered law enforcement earlier in the day for bad behavior became angry when his father took away his cell-phone, and tried to harm himself. When his family tried to stop him, he cut his uncle on the hand. He was arrested and taken to the Claxton Youth Detention Center.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and five traffic warnings, and assisted three motorists.
