INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    MCKELVEEN ROAD — A man reported the theft of a log splitter and chainsaw.
    NOTTINGHAM ROAD — A man reported as suspicious, selling cleaning products door to door, was found not to have a county license to do so. He was also found in possession of cocaine and a schedule II controlled substance, as well as having outstanding warrants from another state.  
    SAM HENDRIX LANE — A woman caught two family members walking away from shared family-owned property with a sledgehammer. She found the doorknobs knocked off. The other family members told deputies they had the same rights to the property as the complainant and had no keys, so gained entry otherwise.
    CLITO ROAD — A woman said her ex-boyfriend, who she said will not stop harassing her by phone, left a note on her car on her property.
    HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A woman reported the theft of a brand new TV, still in the box, from her home.
    BENT TREE ROAD — A person reported a home had been damaged when someone tried to pry doors open.
    BLUEBERRY COURT — A woman said her parents violated a restraining order by trying to call her.
    TREVOR LANE — A woman, angry during a dispute, made her boyfriend get out of her car and walk home. When he arrived, she had locked him out, so he beat on the door, causing damage, she said.

Statesboro Police Department
    Police listed five arrests,  but no incident reports were posted Tuesday.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and five traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Last week, troopers investigated 21 crashes with 18 reported injuries, arrested five for DUI, issued two citations and six warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for child restraint violations, and 17 citations and 29 warnings for speeding.
