    Jasmine Rae Babbs, 19, Grandi Florida Street, McDonough — crossing gaurd lines with drugs, weapons or intoxicants; marijuana possession, possession of a Schedule I controlled substance (MDMA, or Ecstasy).
    Rowena Hanebis Samuel, 19, Tranquil Lake Drive, Grayson — possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance.
    Daquan Marqui Walcott, 23, Matapan Drive, Hanover, MD — suspended registration, speeding.
INCIDENTS

    Surrendered by citizens — seven dogs and two cats from rural county areas; two dogs and six cats from within Statesboro city limits.
    Collected by humane enforcement — four dogs from rural county areas; three dogs and four cats from within Statesboro city limits.
    Adopted from shelter — eight dogs and two cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — one dog.
    Died at shelter — three dogs and four cats.
    Euthanized — 10 dogs and 14 cats.
