    DODD CIRCLE — A woman at a personal care facility reported being injured while trying to keep a patient from causing harm to herself.
    PROCTOR/WALNUT STREETS — A traffic stop for several minor traffic violations ended in a passenger arrested on crack cocaine and marijuana possession charges.
