    Stevie Lavern Young, 44, Mikell Street — failure to appear in court.
    Justin Lee Larkin, 19, Redwine Road, Fayetteville, Ga. — speeding, failure to obey traffic device, failure to yield, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents
    ELM STREET — Police responded around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to a dispute between a mother and her son over the son’s girlfriend staying at the house.
    JOHNSON STREET — A man called 911 around 9:10 p.m. Tuesday because two men were chasing him. Police were unable to find the offenders.
    GNAT’S LANDING — A man entered the restaurant with a gun and waved it around, at about 6 p.m. Tuesday. A woman told police she felt the man endangered her and all patrons. The offender, identified in reports as a 56-year-old man, left but warrants for his arrest for simple assault, disorderly conduct and reckless conduct have been issued.
    KMART — Three women were arrested around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday for shoplifting Despicable Me house shoes, Spider Man house shoes, Madelyn house shoes and socks.

    James Donald Davis, 51, Evergreen Drive — violation of a temporary protective order.
    Willie Jameel White, 22, Bel Air Drive — probation violation.
    Willie Walter Branch, 62, Brook Run Drive, Register — aggravated assault, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime, marijuana possession.
    Chelsea Brea Dixon, 26, U.S. Highway 80 West — disorderly conduct, public intoxication.
    Kelsey Deval Moore, 23, Burkhalter Circle — criminal trespass.

Incidents
    COACHES WAY — A man reported others “cutting doughnuts” on his property with dirt bikes around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Arrests
    None reported Wednesday.

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic citation and three traffic warnings and assisted four motorists Wednesday.
    KENNEDY HALL — Officers found a 20-year-old man who was under the influence of alcohol around 4:20 a.m. Wednesday. He was not arrested, but judicially referred to university authorities for punishment.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A woman reported receiving a fraudulent check from a woman who claimed to have hired her to care for children around 11 p.m. Tuesday. The check was for her fees as well as for the victim to buy a special wheelchair for the offender’s son. The incident was determined to be a scam.
