Troopers issued the following citations Friday – Monday:

Reginald Joshua Holland, 21, Brooklet-Denmark Road, Brooklet – DUI (-ending test results.)

Georgia Southern University Arrests
Deangelo Marquiz Lockhart, 19, Daphney Lane, Register - theft by receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
Officers issued one traffic citation Dec. 31.
Statesboro Police Incidents
STADIUM WALK – A woman found a mattress, chest of drawers full of personal items, a clothes basket with laundry and a red pit bulldog in her apartment. The dog was taken to the animal shelter and the other items removed. Police located the identity of a possible owner. The woman said no one had permission to be in her apartment.
NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST – A man reported the theft of a safe and two Northface backpacks.
FAIR ROAD APARTMENTS – A man and woman were arguing over a cell phone, and when police responded, they arrested the man for outstanding warrants.
WEST GRADY STREET – A man reported the theft of a Maroon 1988 Oldsmobile Century.
PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – Two females fought physically and someone called police.
WAL-MART – A man was caught stealing “The Town” and “Salt” DVDs; a juvenile stole a ski mask and candy, and two teens and a juvenile were arrested after stealing clothes and ear buds.
JOHNSON STREET – A man and woman argued over finances.
SOUTH WALNUT STREET – Someone stole a TV.
PRESTON DRIVE – A man said another man pointed a gun at him, then fired it at the ground. Police arrested the offender.
MADISON MEDOWS – A man was cited for firing a gun out his window. He said he did so because it was the new year.
JET DRIVE – A woman reported the theft of a blue Yamaha motorcycle.
NORTH COLLEGE STREET – A woman said a man tried touching her underneath her dress, and after the second time she hit him with a stick.
NORTH MAIN STREET – A woman called 911 and hung up several times. She told responding officers she wanted to leave her girlfriend but feared the other woman would not let her do so. In the end, she decided to stay.
UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS – A woman said two other females came to her house to fight over a Facebook argument. They all fought in the parking lot, she said.
EAST MAIN STREET – A man said his ex-wife’s boyfriend stood in front of his car, pointed a gun at him, then fled.,
STONEHAVEN DRIVE – A man and woman were arrested for physically fighting each other.
Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
MUD ROAD – (Brooklet) Deputies responded to a domestic dispute.
In a separate incident someone reported the theft of copper wire belonging to Excelsior EMC.
HOLLOWAY CIRCLE – A woman told deputies her neighbors tell the government lies that keep her from getting money she is due.
