Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

TWIN FORKS ROAD - A man said his ex-wife is in possession of a check from an escrow account to which she had no claim. She said it is made out to them both, and as soon as they decide on how it will be split, she will endorse it.
RAILROAD BED ROAD - Two adult female cousins engaged in a physical fight while visiting their grandmother.
PONDEROSA ROAD - A woman said that a man whom she previously dated harassed her by phone. He called her from her driveway and wanted her to go talk to him, but she refused, she said. When deputies found the man, he said that it was her who called him there, wanting to talk.
FRINK ROAD - Someone broke into a shed and stole a four-wheeler and Igloo cooler.
CYPRESS LAKE ROAD - A man fought with a woman and told deputies she was poisoning him. She told deputies that he was intoxicated and had threatened to call her probation officer to send her back to prison. She said he had been stealing her medication as well.
ELLIS ROAD - A woman who had been drinking and urinated in another woman's yard was jailed on public intoxication charges.

Statesboro Police Department
UNIVERSITY PLAZA - Police met with a subject at the hospital in relation to an aggravated battery incident. Reports said the case is under investigation and did not divulge further details.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - Two unidentified shoplifters escaped with a lamp shade, an air bed, a lamp, jeans, a knife and alcoholic beverages.
In a separate incident, a shoplifter was apprehended after talking $30 worth of items.
In a third, unrelated incident, a person was arrested for shoplifting $230 in food.
ELM STREET - A man who entered a home with the intent to rob was arrested.
THE CONNECTION APARTMENTS - Two females fought physically about past relationships and the ownership of a vehicle.
DEER ROAD - A woman said a known suspect stole a white 2000 Toyota Camry, as well as a wallet and its contents.
MONARCH 301 APARTMENTS - A woman who was intoxicated and destroying property was arrested after fleeing from police.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued two traffic citations and eight traffic warnings and assisted four motorists over the weekend.
