Statesboro Police Arrests
    * Linda D, Skinner, 23, Hwy. 169, Claxton – theft by shoplifting.
    * Thomas Whitney Larick, 22, Lynnwood Drive, Martinez – seat belt violation, marijuana possession.
    * Tarafa Al-Awaj, 31, Lanier Drive – driving with a suspended license, giving false information.
    * Abdigani M. Abdulahi, 21, Georgia Avenue – disorderly conduct.
    * Benjamin Edwards Massey, 18, Rockpointe Drive, Kennesaw – underage possession of alcohol, affray.
    * Sean C. MacDonald, 19, Lake Glenn Court, Alpharetta – underage possession of alcohol, affray, obstruction.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    * Jason Lee Thomas, 20, Spell Mincey Road, Portal – conspiracy to commit a crime (burglary).
    * Timothy Small, 39, Blueberry Court, Brooklet – probation violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    * DUI arrests – none.
    * Seatbelt citations –  three.
    * Child restraint citations  —  three.
    * Speeding citations – one.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued eight traffic citations Thursday.
    * Carlton Dijon Johnson, 18, Kennedy Hall — possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object.
    * Angelo Camerson Nobles, 19, The Point at Southern – underage possession/consumption of alcohol and public indecency.
    * Brittany Lorin Evans, 19, Bunch Mountain Road, Adairsville – underage possession/consumption of alcohol.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * EAGLES LANDING – Police responded to a report of shots fired and found two 9 mm rounds, but no suspects.
    * STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL – A student was arrested for possession of a knife or cutting tool.
    * SAV-A-LOT – A woman was arrested for shoplifting candy, energy drinks and pizza rolls.
    * BEALLS OUTLET – An employee took two pairs of jeans by concealing them in her purse, a man said.
    * RUDE RUDY’S – A man was arrested for criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance.
    * RUM RUNNERS – Two men were arrested for underage drinking and fighting. One was sent to the hospital for treatment before he was arrested; the other fled through the bar but was apprehended and charged with obstruction as well.
    * FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS – A man said a woman hit him several times. In a separate incident, a woman reported receiving “vulgar, hurtful” texts from an ex.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * SLATE COURT – (Statesboro) A Glock handgun and magazines were reported stolen.
    * HORSE AND BUGGY LANE – (Statesboro) A rivet gun was reported stolen. A suspect was listed in reports.
    * DEAN NICHOLS ROAD – (Portal) A woman reported the theft of two money orders from her purse.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    * Crashes investigated – one.
    * Fatalities reported – none.
    * Total vehicle stops – 12.
    * Seatbelt warnings – seven.
    * Child restraint warnings – none.
    * Speeding warnings – seven.
    * Total warnings issued – 33.
    * Wanted persons apprehended – none.
    * Stolen vehicles recovered – none. 
    * Road checks performed – seven.
    * Motorists assisted – two.
    * Miles patrolled – 731.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers issued one traffic warning, assisted two motorists, assisted one sick person, responded to two alarms and responded to a drug complaint at Kennedy Hall Thursday.

Central 911 Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — nine calls.
    * Statesboro Police Department — 26 calls.
    * University Police Department – two calls.
    * Georgia State Patrol – one call.
    * Candler County Sheriff's Department – nine calls.
    * Evans County Sheriff's Department – one call.
    * Claxton Police Department – no calls.

911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Statesboro Fire Department – two calls.
    * Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    * Metter Fire Department – one call.     

911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    * Bulloch County EMS – two accident calls, one fire call and 17 medical calls.
    * Candler County EMS – one fire call and four medical calls.
    * Evans County EMS – three medical calls.
    * Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Thursday:  four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, a call to Screven County 911 and a call to Bulloch County Humane Enforcement.
