    * Jose Cruz Morales, 26, street address unknown, Portal – tag light violation, no driver’s license.
    * Sonya Levett Holloway, 43, U.S. 80 West, Portal – disorderly conduct, obstruction.
    * Beverly Wilkerson Conner, 51, Hodges Circle – reckless conduct.
    * William Christopher Wells, 36, Cone Street, Brooklet – battery.

    * Bobby Lee Hazlewood, 20, U.S. 80 East, Brooklet – DUI (refused test), open container, obstruction, improper stopping on roadway, underage possession of alcohol,  license plate with intent to conceal, tire requirement violation, defective equipment, suspended license.
    * Jonathan Lanier Tyson, 22, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell – criminal trespass, disorderly conduct.
    * Blake William Ward, 23, Hightower Road – bench warrant.
    * Allan Perkins Jr., 21, East Main Street – simple assault, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, obstruction, public intoxication.
    * Brett Michael Burnsed, 17, West Rushing Road, Register – unlawful conduct during a 911 call, false report of  a crime, obstruction, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, rifle, machine gun.
    * James Cleveland Pollett, 21, Waters Cemetery road – battery (family violence), reckless conduct.
    * Rachel Amanda Lang, 30, Olney Station Drive, Ellabell – battery (family violence).

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued the following citations Friday – Sunday:
    * DUI arrests – James Eben Jenkins, 22, Bay Branch Church Road, Claxton – DUI (.155).
    * Seatbelt citations – none.
    * Child restraint citations – none.
    * Speeding citations – four.
    * Total citations – 12.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued seven citations Friday.
    * Isreal Hernandez-Vicente, 21, Buford Highway, Atlanta —  DUI (refused test) and no drivers license.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * Arrests Friday through Monday will be published Wednesday.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
    * PAMELA WAY – (Statesboro) A woman told deputies her car had been stolen after it was involved in a police chase with Statesboro Police. When deputies discovered her boyfriend had been driving the car and she had been untruthful, they arrested her and planned  to take out warrants on him.
    * BROOKLET – LEEFIELD ROAD – (Brooklet) A woman reported the theft of a utility trailer made from an old camper.
    * MADISEA DRIVE – (Statesboro) A woman said a man called her several times, harassing her. He identified himself with a name she said she does not recognize.
    * LIVE OAK LOOP – (Ellabell) A woman found evidence that her son had been crushing and snorting his prescription medicine, and when she confronted him, he punched holes in the walls and threatened her with violence.
    * W. RUSHING ROAD – (Register)After responding to a call about a burglary in progress, deputies arrested a man for false report of a crime, possession of a sawed-off shotgun, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
    * SPELL-MINCEY ROAD – (Portal) A man and woman said they suspected their son stole a phone battery box.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers issued four warnings, assisted one motorist, and worked two accidents Friday.
    * SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers found an bike near the wood line.
    * CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers responded to a fire alarm activated by a student cooking. There was no fire.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers  reported the following activity over the weekend:
    * Crashes investigated – four.
    * Fatalities reported – one.
    * Total vehicle stops – 27.
    * Seat belt warnings – eight.
    * Child restraint warnings – none.
    * Speeding warnings – four.
    * Total warnings – 20.
    * Wanted persons apprehended – none.
    * Stolen vehicles recovered – none.
    * Road checks performed  — five.
    * Motorists assisted – three.
