Statesboro Police Arrests
    Deanna F. Brown, 18, Old Swainsboro Road, Twin City – theft by shoplifting.
    Daniel Aaron Brown, 18, W. C. Hodges Road – DUI under 21, failure to maintain lane.
    Desmond Tabory Fields, 20, West Jones Avenue – open container, underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.
   
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made Monday and Tuesday will be published Thursday.
   
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued two traffic violation citations Monday.
    Nathan Smith Plummer, 66, No city listed,   South Carolina – DUI ( .161)
    Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued one traffic citation Monday.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents
    TOLBERT STREET – A woman said a man she knows threatened her and harassed her through Facebook, and has a history of harassing her to the point she had to change her phone number.
    CLAIRE’S BOUTIQUE – The Statesboro Mall shop reported three shoplifting incidents Monday: a juvenile female concealed a ring in hr pocket, an adult woman stole a necklace and another female juvenile took a pair of earrings and placed them in her pocket.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS – An apartment complex employee said a man came in and cursed her.
    CRESCENT AVENUE – A woman said her ex-husband’s girlfriend called her three times in an hour, accusing her of slashing her tires.
    VETERAN’S MEMORIAL PARKWAY/MILE MARKER 5 – Officers found a car abandoned, where someone drove off the roadway and crashed into the wood line, causing damage to the car. The blue Nissan Pathfinder’s owner did not return calls
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN – Officers assisting the U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force located contraband in the house, but did not locate the person for which they were looking.
    CAWANA ROAD/DEBBIE LANE – A man was involved in a single—vehicle accident and was charged with DUI.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN – A man said another man he knows only as “Jinx” was being too noisy and they argued. The complainant went back to bed, but Jinx knocked loudly on his door. When he answered, Jinx attacked him and caused bleeding injuries, scrapes and bruises before fleeing.
    SAVE-A-LOT – A man told police he was smoking a cigarette outside the store when another man put a gun to his head and demanded a necklace. The alleged victim then said he grabbed the gun, which fired twice, and got in his car, calling police. Reports did not detail what the alleged attacker did. The incident was turned over to the detective division for further review.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS – A woman argued with her roommate’s boyfriend over food and kitchen utensils.
    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL – A woman said her ex—husband called her and she suspects he is the anonymous person who sent her flowers and a card.
    DENMARK/BAY STREETS – An officer stopped a car traveling with the passenger side door open. The couple inside had been arguing and the man was trying to exit the car while it was still rolling. Police found he had an open container of alcohol and was underage for drinking. He was also uncooperative with police, and was charged with open container, underage possession of alcohol, and obstruction.
     
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    SANDPIPER DRIVE – (Statesboro) A woman said she and a man argued over his leaving her alone to care for their two small children.
    GROOVER OLD MILL ROAD – (Statesboro) A man told deputies he was attacked at a Super Bowl party and suffered cuts, a bite on his neck, and several scrapes and bruises. He and witnesses said a silver Cougar stopped when they were leaving the arty and two men jumped out, then attacked the victim. One offender was the female witnesses’ ex boyfriend.
    GA. 24 – (Statesboro) A woman said she and a man argued over ongoing issues.
    CONTINENTAK ROAD – (Statesboro) A woman told deputies an unknown person sends her vulgar text messages from two different numbers. When a deputy called the numbers, one was an automated sex line.
    FERNWOOD DRIVE – (Ellabell) A man grabbed a juvenile by the arm when he played a video game, and the child’s mother, the offender’s sister, called law enforcement because the offender was very intoxicated.
    In a separate incident someone reported finding their side door open.
    CLIPONREKA ROAD — (Clito) A woman reported the theft of a video gaming system and CD games, and said her grandson stole them.
    R. T. MYERS ROAD — (Ellabell)  A man called deputies after finding a clear plastic zipper lock bag in his child’s clothing. He told deputies his ex wife “has a problem” and texted him a message stating “I am sorry.” Deputies detected no odor but the man said the baggie smelled like marijuana.
    COWBOY WAY – (Portal) A man reported finding one of his home windows popped out of place.
          
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 11 warnings and investigated two crashes Monday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers assisted four motorists, responded to one alarm and investigated one accident Monday.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS –Someone reported being harassed.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A purse was taken from a car. Also, a gym bag was taken from the center.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department— 11 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department— 11 calls.
    University Police Department – one call.
    Georgia State Patrol – three calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — eight calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department – four calls.
    Claxton Police Department – one call.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department –one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters—one call.
         
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS –one accident call,one rescue call and 15 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – one medical call.
    Evans County EMS – one medical call.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Monday: seven calls to Bulloch County First Responders, and one call to the Poison Control center.
