    * Ahmad Kamal Shahbar, 22, Seminary Road, Falls Church, VA – battery.
    * Nyqushia Lyshay Shatteen, 20, Lisa Lane – theft by shoplifting.
    * Wanda Hammerstein, 47, North College Street – theft by shoplifting.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    * DUI arrests – none.
    * Seatbelt citations – none.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued three traffic citations Wednesday.
    * Alexandra K. Devonshire, 19, Centennial Place — possession of marijuana and underage possession/consumption of alcohol.
    * Donavan V. Albardo, 21, Pleasant Avenue — driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and a stop sign violation. 

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS – A woman heard two men break down her door, and listened as they planned to take a TV. But when her roommate stepped out of her room to confront the men, they fled without taking anything.
    * RETRIEVERS – Two men suffered visible head injuries from fighting each other. One struck the other with a pool stick, and the other retaliated by hitting back with a pool ball. The man who started the fight was arrested.
    * MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS – Officers responded to a domestic dispute.
Also, in a separate complaint, a woman said someone shattered her window with a basketball.
    * THE LODGE APARTMENTS – A woman said a man slapped her in the face.
    * WAL-MART – Two women were charged with shoplifting in separate incidents. One was caught taking mascara and Prilosec, and the other was charged with taking $71 worth of KY lubricant.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * TWO CHOP ROAD – (Portal) A woman said wind picked up a barn and dropped it onto her car and another vehicle, causing damage.
    * HAZELWOOD DRIVE – (Statesboro) A man wired $1,900 to a bank in Seattle, buying a car online. Suspicious when he could not get information on the car afterward, he called deputies.
    * U.S. 301 SOUTH – (Statesboro) Someone stole copper tubing.
    * BUCHANS ROAD – (Pembroke) A woman said someone stole a four-ton air conditioner unit from her property.
    * SUPERIOR HOMES – (U.S. 301 South, Statesboro) Someone stole large amounts of vinyl siding, sheetrock, trim, flooring, a propane tank, fiber board, pipe fittings, copper wire, copper tubing and other building materials.
    * OGEECHEE TECHNICAL COLLEGE – (Statesboro) A woman said someone shattered her car window and stole her purse. She discovered someone charged about $1,000 on her debit card at various locations around Statesboro.
    * FLEMINGTON ROAD – (Ellabell) A woman said her children’s father harasses her by phone and belittles her to their children.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers issued six traffic warnings, assisted three motorists, responded to a drug complaint at Centennial Place, responded to a drug complaint at Eagle Village, responded to a drug complaint at University Villas and investigated one accident Wednesday.
    * RUSSELL UNION — Someone shattered a car window.
    * FOY BUILDING — A messenger bag was stolen.

    * Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 18 calls.
    * Statesboro Police Department — 17 calls.

    * Georgia State Patrol – three calls.
