Statesboro Police Arrests
    * Tuesday arrests will be published Friday.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    * Spencer Ryan Southwell, 17, South Wynn Road, Brooklet – statutory rape, sodomy.
    * Joshua Stephen Newman, 25, Salt Creek Toad, Garden City – probation violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    * DUI arrests – none.
    * Seatbelt citations – three.
    * Child restraint citations  — none.
    * Speeding citations – one.
    * Total citations – 12.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * School is out; no reports during holidays.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * PITT-MOORE ROAD – Two comforters, an ottoman, a TV, computer, camera and printer were stolen after the offender(s) shattered a window.
    * INMAN LANE – A man riding a bike was bitten by a dog at large.
    * NORTH BRIDGEPORT DRIVE – Police responded to a call about a domestic dispute, but no major issue was at hand.
    * STATESBORO AUTO SALES – A black and silver 1986 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck was reported stolen.
    * NEW BEGINNINGS REHABILITATION CENTER – Two women fought after one tattled on another for taking a snack without paying. The other woman intended to pay, but was waiting for the snack center attendant to return from outside. The other woman told on her so she called her a name, and the blows began. Both were suspended from the center for two days.
 
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * RAILROAD BED ROAD – (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of  a scraper blade after a deer hunter told him he saw two men load the thing into a truck and leave. The blade was sold to a recycling center, and one of the offenders was identified by having used his driver’s license to sell the piece of equipment.
    * EVELYN’S LAKE/STUBBS METAL YARD – (Statesboro) A man said another man he knows shot three buckshot rounds into a Bobcat tractor.
    * WILLOW HILL ROAD – (Portal) A stolen gray 2004 Ford truck was found beside an abandoned house. It had been stolen from Screven County and suffered body damage.
    * PAINTER’S ALLEY – (Ellabell) A woman called deputies for help in making her stepson leave the property, but when they arrived he had already gone.
    * SETTLEMENT ROAD – (Register) A woman said her son broke into her home and was “sitting on the couch with his pregnant girlfriend” when she arrived home. She said her son punched another man in the eye, but left after the other man “subdued” him on the living room floor.
    * NEVILS-DENMARK ROAD – (Nevils) A man reported a car radio stolen from a car owned by a customer.
    * CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK – (Register) A woman said a man calls her, cursing and making threats. He also goes to her boyfriend’s work place to argue about her living with him, she said.

    * Candler County EMS –  two medical calls.
    * Evans County EMS – eight medical calls.
    * Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls  Tuesday: a call to Bulloch County First Responders and a call to Tattnall County 911.
