On Friday, the Juvenile Court of Bulloch County issued a court order to remove Chandler Oliver, 5, Kamberlyn Oliver, 4, Brantley Oliver, 2, and Rylan Oliver, 1, from the custody of the parents due to continued and unresolved substance abuse issues with the parents, the release said.

Following the parents failing to make a court appearence Friday, the children were turned over to Bulloch County Department of Family and Childrens Services. The children and the parents have not been found.

The release stated that authorities did not believe the parents intended to harm their children, but their ongoing substance abuse issues were endangering the welfare of the children.
