Incidents
    LYNDA DRIVE —(Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of an air conditioner.
    GA. 67/BURKHLATER/U.S. 80 EAST — A man fled from a deputy who chased him form Veteran’s Memorial Parkway to his home on U.S. 80 East. The man drove down the center line and left the roadway several times, and was arrested on drunk driving charges.
    GREENHAVEN MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of jewelry including pearl necklace and earrings, an amethyst ring and a class ring with a purple stone.
    STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD — (Stilson) A man reported three firearms stolen.
    GROOVER OLD MILL ROAD — (Statesboro) A man was arrested after evidence pointed to his breaking into a home.
    MARTIN SWINSON ROAD — (Ellabell) Excelsior EMC reported someone used electricity illegally.
    WOMACK ROAD EAST — (Portal) A three-ton air conditioning unit was stolen.
    MALLARD POND ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported being stalked and harassed by a family member.
    PORTAL HIGH SCHOOL — Three underage offenders were arrested for alcohol consumption. On the way to jail they laughed about the situation and asked deputies questions over and over that had already been answered. They refused to tell where they obtained the alcohol.

    FRIDAY — Officers issued four traffic citations, ten traffic warnings, assisted five motorists, assisted one sick person and one injured person, responded to one alarm and investigated one accident.
    SATURDAY — Officers issued six traffic citations, five traffic warnings, responded to two alarms and investigated one accident.
    SUNDAY — Officers issued two traffic citations, responded to one alarm and assisted another agency.
    Monday — Officers issued seven traffic citations, issued one traffic warning, assisted one motorist, assisted two sick persons and responded to two alarms.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — A stereo was reported stolen.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers investigated a drug complaint.
