➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office

▲ DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES — A man was arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

▲ TAMI & SHERI LANE — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between mother and daughter over ownership of belongings.

▲ PAMELA WAY — A woman reported a package that was reportedly delivered was gone when she went to pick it up.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — Deputies responded to calls about a man who ran from a yard and was almost struck by a passing vehicle, and whom a woman said she heard trespassing in her yard.

▲ FOSTER WILLIAMS ROAD — A woman was given information on seeking warrants after she said a man shoved her during an argument.

▲ BURKHALTER ROAD — A woman called deputies to file a report that while she has legal power of attorney, her mother’s current guardian is trying to sell off her mother’s assets without permission. One of these assets is a townhouse, and since the issue is part of an ongoing legal matter, the courts have blocked the sale of the property. The potential tenants were advised that their moving in and living there could be in jeopardy.

▲ OLIVER LANDING — A car found submerged in the Ogeechee River Sunday was determined to have been stolen out of Effingham County. The case was turned over to that county’s law enforcement agencies.

▲ HENRY STREET — Someone reported the theft of a bicycle.

▲ FAIR ROAD — While investigating reports of a man waving a gun, police arrested a suspect on a disorderly conduct charge, along with outstanding warrants.

▲ CANCUN COURT — A gun and other items were stolen from a vehicle.

▲ COWBOYS BAR — A man who was knocked unconscious by an unknown offender was taken by EMS to the hospital.

▲ COLLEGE LANE — A woman said her children’s father threatened her by phone.

▲ NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man was arrested after falsely claiming someone tried to run him over.

▲ Officers issued no citations or warnings, nor did they assist any motorists Monday.

▲ LANGUAGE ARTS BUILDING — Someone reported harassing communications.

▲ PSYCHOLOGY CLINIC — Someone reported a suspicious person or activity.

▲ SOUTHERN PINES — A person was judicially referred to university authorities for an accusation of simple battery.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — Someone was judicially referred for a drug complaint. They were not criminally charged.

▲ E LOT — A man was arrested on charges of carrying a weapon in school property.
