Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    Atif Nieem Kirkland, 40, East Jones Avenue — probation violation on a felony charge.
    Danna Michelle Parker, 49, Floyd DeLoach Lane, Claxton — shoplifting, possession of hydrocodone (a schedule II controlled substance), possession of oxycodone (a schedule II controlled substance).

Statesboro Police Department
    Victor Morgan Hodges, 65, North Main Street — simple battery, disorderly conduct.
    Joyce Marie Hunter, 58, Garrard Avenue, Savannah — wanted person (Chatham County).
    Jordan Lekalon Suggs, 21, Scotch Pine Avenue — misdemeanor bench warrant, driving while license suspended or revoked, speeding.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Zebulon Kincaid Burton, 18, Westersham Place, Marietta — marijuana possession (less than 1 ounce), possession and use of drug-related objects.
    Kevin Douglas Nichols, 26, Bel Air Drive — probation violation on a felony charge.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BROOKLET DENMARK ROAD — A mother reported Tuesday that her son got dressed for school and she thought he got on the school bus, but the school notified her later that he wasn’t there. The Sheriff’s Office checked several locations and filed this as a runaway case.
    PRETORIA RUSHING ROAD — A woman reported she had received a call from someone claiming to be a representative of AT&T. She gave the caller her Social Security number and date of birth when requested. She later attempted to call the number the call originated from and heard a message that the number was no longer connected. The deputy advised the woman to monitor her credit score and financial accounts.
Statesboro Police Department
    FAIR ROAD — Food World reported a suspected counterfeit $10 bill. A “possible customer” who thought the banknote was fake returned it, and the management turned it over to police, the reporting officer noted.
    LEN TENNER COURT — A woman reported that someone she didn’t know sent her a text message and made references to her family. The responding officer, who reported it as a harassing communications incident, suggested that she have the number blocked.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued one traffic citation and two warnings and assisted three motorists.
