INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

HARVILLE/LANGSTON CHAPEL ROADS - Statesboro police stopped a reckless driver, and a deputy responded as well. The driver was found to have methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person.
MIDDLEGROUND ROAD - A man said his vehicle was dented by another at a fish fry.
XTREEM AUTO - Deputies responding to an alarm found pry marks on a door.
STONEBOOK SUBDIVISION - A man said he heard his car alarm sound off and went to find someone had shattered his car window.
HIGHTOWER ROAD - A woman called deputies when a man kept banging on her door. When deputies responded, they were flagged down by a man matching the woman's description who said he had been drinking with others and they put him out on the side of the road. He claimed he did not know where he was and was lost. A check revealed he was wanted in Tattnall County for theft by taking and he was arrested.
NESSMITH PROCTOR ROAD - A man said he argued with his child's mother and said he was coming to pick up his child. When he arrived, the woman's boyfriend came outside and shattered his windshield.
CAMELLIA DRIVE EAST - Complainants said a man against whom they have a temporary protective order followed them, rolled down his car window and stared at them, and will not leave them alone.
JIM FUTCH ROAD - A deputy responded to a reported domestic dispute, and a woman involved became irate and punched his patrol car. She was arrested.
AKINS LANE - A man reported the theft of a custom-built smoker grill.
PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK - A man was arrested after striking a juvenile neighbor and cursing deputies.
BUCKEYE LANE - Deputies responded to a reported verbal and physical dispute that happened earlier. A victim showed visible injuries.

Statesboro Police Department
SOUTH WALNUT STREET - Someone reported a person who trespassed on property without authority.
ECHO WAY - Police responded to a reported domestic dispute. No arrests were made.
JOHNSON STREET - A man told police that someone he knows threatened him with harm.
WEST INMAN STREET - Multiple victims said a man threatened to beat them up and come back with a gun and shoot them.
WILLIAMS ROAD - A man sleeping in a field was arrested for public intoxication.
HONEY BOWEN BUILDING - Someone broke into the building and stole items not listed in reports.
FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS - A tenant found a man they did not know sleeping in their apartment. He was escorted out and fled before police arrived.
UNIVERSITY PLAZA - A man said he was assaulted by a known person.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET - Multiple victims were robbed at gunpoint of a cellphone and keychain.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued two traffic citations and 14 traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Last week, troopers investigated 20 crashes with 12 reported injuries and arrested five for DUI. They also issued 14 citations and 12 warnings for seatbelt violations and 18 citations and 33 warnings for speeding.
