Statesboro Police Department
    Jarred Shane Woodruff, 23, Lake Laurie, Valdosta — four counts first-degree cruelty to children (maliciously causing excessive pain); four counts aggravated assault with intent to rape a child under 14 years of age; four counts child molestation; four counts kidnapping; one count public indecency (third or subsequent conviction, felony).
    Damien Cynque Banks, 20, Burkhalter Road — first-degree cruelty to children (deprivation of sustenance),
    Mikalah Marie Guyton, 22, South Main Street — DUI/less safe/refused test.
    Kameron Joseph Knight, 22, Lanier Drive — disorderly conduct, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
    Keicha Lutrail Lovett, 39, Johnson Street — making false statements or writings, concealment of facts or fraudulent documents, false report of a crime.
    Avis Renee McNeely, 32, Packinghouse Road — tampering with evidence.
    John Cooper, 35, Highway 301 South — driving without a valid license, no insurance.
    Colton Lamar Flanders, 27, Summertown Church Street, Midville — following too closely, no insurance, suspended license.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    JIM WATERS ROAD — A man reported suspicious calls to his mother’s and aunt’s home regarding cutting timber. The caller phoned them weekly promising to come “next week” and the women changed their minds about selling the timber, due to the suspicious nature of the calls.
    INTERSTATE 16/MILE MARKER 122 — A driver, stopped for using the wrong tag on a vehicle, was found to have no insurance, suspended registration and had drug related objects in the vehicle.
    EAST GEORGIA STATE COLLEGE/COLLEGE CIRCLE — Deputies and K9 units assisted in a search, and found a small amount of marijuana in a shoe box in a dorm room. No one was arrested.
    HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A mother and daughter argued verbally. The mother told deputies the reason for the disagreement was that she felt her daughter was intoxicated, but the daughter said the dispute was over her mother disliking the daughter’s boyfriend.
    MILL BRANCH CLUB ROAD — A man said a former employee harassed him via messages and he felt it was due to the offender’s termination.
    BURKHALTER MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies investigated a report of theft.

Statesboro Police Department
    BEA DOT WAY — A woman said someone broke into her home and stole a $52 bottle of Hennessy liquor.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said she had a verbal domestic dispute with her husband, who was gone when police arrived.
    CHANDLER HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Someone’s car alarm went off, and they saw two people walking nearby. They called police to report the suspicious incident.
    CATHERINE AVENUE/FAIR ROAD — A person was cited for being a distracted driver, but a passenger was arrested on marijuana possession.
    EAGLE VILLAS — Officers responded to a verbal domestic dispute.
    WEST GRADY STREET — A woman came to the police station to seek information on a protective order against a man with whom she said she had an altercation.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted eight motorists.
    ARTS BUILDING — Someone reported a theft.
