Incidents
    SEASONS APARTMENTS — A man told police around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday around 10:30 a.m. that he was attacked by another man whom he had warned to stop digging in the apartment complex dumpsters.
    WAL-MART — A man was arrested around 5:45 p.m. Thursday for shoplifting $18 worth of women’s underwear.

Incidents
    CYPRESS LAKE DRIVE — A neighbor’s barking dogs kept a man awake around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, so he called the dog owner’s landlord to complain in an effort to keep peace between himself and the neighbors. The neighbor, upon getting a call from the landlord, went outside and yelled, cursing at the complainant and telling him to move back to Florida.
    UPPER MILL CREEK CHURCH — Someone told deputies around 2:30 p.m. Thursday that an air conditioner unit had been stolen.

    UNIVERSITY STORE — Officers responded to a fire alarm at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Maintenance had failed to place the fire alarm system in test mode while working on the system, which set off the alarm.
