Terry Lewis Grace, 21, Banana Circle, Sylvania - possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession/use of drug-related objects, reckless driving.
Tracy Green Hubbard, 40, Shady Lane, Sylvania - fleeing/attempt to elude, possession of methamphetamine, stop sign violation, reckless driving, suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, tag/registration violation.
Don Wallace Byrd, 52, West Grady Street - probation violation.
Milton Gilbert, 51, South Williams Street, Metter - second-degree (felony) burglary, theft by deception.
Devon Leon Groom, 34, Leon Newsome Road - probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession/use of drug-related objects, open container.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

SPENCE DRIVE - A woman said her estranged husband (the two are divorcing) locked items in a shed and food in a freezer that belonged to both of them.
OAKFIELD DRIVE - A woman said she did not want to press charges when deputies arrived in response to a battery incident.
ERNEST MOORE ROAD - A woman reported the theft of a vehicle. Reports did not list the vehicle type.
ST. ANDREWS CIRCLE - A man was cited after firing a shot to quiet his neighbor's barking dog. The dog was not injured. The violation was discharge of a firearm near a residence.

Statesboro Police Department
FOOD WORLD/NORTHSIDE DRIVE WEST - A person was arrested on criminal trespass charges.
VALLEY ROAD - A woman said a man damaged her property during a dispute.
DOLLAR GENERAL/FAIR ROAD - Someone tried using a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for purchases.
THE FORUM - A woman called police when a gate closed on her car, causing damage.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A woman was caught shoplifting about $900 worth of general merchandise and was arrested.
In a separate case, a person caught shoplifting $70 worth of food and $7 worth of cleaning supplies was cited and released.
MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE - A person's car windshield was damaged by an "errant ball."
WEST PARRISH STREET - A man said neighboring children harass his dog daily, trying to get him to chase them.
LEN TENNER COURT - A man was arrested for obstructing a follow-up investigation of an undisclosed nature.
BAYMONT INN - Warrants were issued for the arrest of a man after a woman told police she and her husband argued, and the dispute became physical. The man was not there when police arrived.
RED ROOF INN - Someone reported the theft of food, a laptop computer and $500 cash.
THE VAULT APARTMENTS - A woman called police after she saw two people chasing each other and arguing.
HENRY STREET - A woman reported the theft of a beige 1999 Ford Taurus.
BRANNEN STREET - Police collected evidence found after someone reported shots fired. No injuries were reported.
LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS - A juvenile who had been reported missing was located, arrested on charges of simple battery and sent to the Claxton Regional Youth Detention Center.
GREENE STREET - A woman was arrested for hindering the apprehension of a wanted person, who was also taken into custody.
WOODLAND DRIVE - A complainant said another person poured bleach on some clothing, damaging them.
HART STREET - A man said another man threatened him with harm.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued three traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.
DINING COMMONS - Someone reported a financial transaction card fraud incident.
HANNER FIELDHOUSE - A person was judicially referred to university officials for discipline regarding a drug complaint and alcohol violation. No one was arrested.
FREEDOM'S LANDING - Officers investigated a report of suspicious person/activities.
SOUTHEN PINES APARTMENTS - A person was arrested after officers responded to a call involving criminal trespass, marijuana possession and simple battery.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Last week, troopers investigated 21 crashes with no reported injuries and arrested four drivers on DUI charges. Troopers also issued three citations and two warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation and two warnings for child restraint violations, and 21 citations and 35 warnings for speeding.
