    Izell Herman Nesmith, 26, Cab Drive, Sylvania — DUI/less safe, speeding.
    Christopher Allan Pruett, 40, Wentworth Way, Hinesville — two counts DUI, two counts fleeing/attempt to elude, reckless driving, obstruction.
    Mortez Deundra Stevens, 40, Little Lotts Creek Apartments — expired registration, open container, suspended license, DUI/less safe, seat belt violation, giving false information, probation violation.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    NEWTON ROAD — A woman reported receiving harassing communications. Deputies gave her information in remedies for the problem.
    NATURE WAY — Deputies spoke with a woman who said she had been receiving harassing communications, and gave her information to solve the problem.
    FOREST HEIGHTS COUNTRY CLUB — A golf cart that had been left at the 18th hole due to a flat tire was later reported stolen.
    BLUEBERRY COURT — A man said former tenants stole a refrigerator and a set of steps from the home he rented to them.
    KENDRICKS ROAD — A woman said a person she knew and listed as an offender stole items from her home during a burglary.
    HIGHWAY 301 — A man reported being harassed at work and at home.

Statesboro Police Department
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A woman lost a money order she had just purchased at the store.
    MONTGOMERY DRIVE — A woman said someone was standing in the woods staring at her home. Police searched but found no offender.
    MIKELL STREET — Officers responding to a report of a person with a firearm arrested a person who they said was the aggressor in a domestic dispute.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted one motorist.
    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING — Someone reported a theft of unattended property
    DINING COMMONS — Officers responded to a report fop a suspicious person.
    In a separate incident someone was judicially referred, but not arrested, for theft of services.
    STARBUCKS/ RUSSELL UNION — Someone reported a suspicious person.
    SOUTHERN PINES — A person was judicially referred to university authorities for discipline after officers investigated a drug complaint. No one was arrested.
