    Santos Cifuentes, 23, Chances Mobile Home Park — no valid license, following too closely.
    Teaira Polite, 26, Wheeler Drive, Swainsboro — no valid license, speeding, giving false information.
    Quintavia Monay Bledson, 18, Bogan Mill Road, Buford — theft by shoplifting.
    Indy Adair Rivers, 19, Tomlinson Court, Leesburg — theft by shoplifting.
    John Willie Rich, 55, North Street — seat belt violation, driving with a suspended license.
    Wesley Monroe Bush, 19, Bermuda Run Apartments — leaving the scene of an accident.
    Fransilla Spinada Patricia Tippins, 22, U.S. 80 West, Portal — probation violation.
Samuel J. Gordon, 49, Packinghouse Road — no proof of insurance, registration violation, no valid license.

Incidents
    HOBBY LOBBY — Someone stole fiberglass urns and mirrors.
    MARTIN CHIROPRACTIC — A man was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident after he ran over a sign.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A man suffered an eye injury, which required hospital attention and was caused by an unknown person.
    RJ’s STEAKS AND SEAFOOD — Two purses were stolen from a car.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A man asked police to remove a woman from his home after an argument about her whereabouts and because she was intoxicated. She said he choked her.

Arrests
    Arrests will be reported Tuesday.

Incidents
    GA. 119 — (Ellabell) A man was arrested after deputies investigated a domestic dispute call.
    DYCHES ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported being harassed by phone.
    KING ARTHUR DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado.
    LAGOON ROAD — (Near Newington) Two residents reported someone tried breaking into their homes.
    MILLER STREET — A woman used a knife to cut a man above the eye, and she said he hit her. Both were arrested. He was taken to the hospital — she was uninjured.

Arrests
    Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday.
    De’ahmoz Osmic Floyd, 18, Lanier Drive — disorderly conduct.

Incidents
    Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted one motorist, responded to one sick person call and responded to one alarm Thursday.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — A purse, a cell phone and a bicycle were stolen.
    KENNEDY HALL — A debit card was reported stolen.
    WATSON HALL — A book was taken and a TV was damaged.
    EAGLE VILLAGE — Two vehicles were keyed and someone reported a case of battery .
    COLLEGE OF BUSINESS — A fight was reported at the building.
