▲ MATTHEWS ROAD — Deputies served a person with a criminal trespass warning after responding to a reported theft and domestic dispute.

▲ WALDEN WAY — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute.

▲ DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — A man and woman argued over marital issues, and she broke his glasses when she shoved him away. They separated for the night.


➤ Statesboro Police Department 

▲ ARCH WAY — A man said a family member threatened him during a candlelight vigil.

▲ BERMUDA RUN — A woman said she was being followed by a man.

▲ OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Someone reported a stolen vehicle.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — Officers responded to a fight.

▲ PRESIDENT CIRCLE — A woman called police to report someone was in her house, but when officers arrived, they found no one.


➤ Georgia State Patrol Post 45

▲ Last week, troopers responded to 29 crashes with 16 reported injuries and arrested eight drivers on DUI charges.

▲ Troopers also issued 12 citations and one warning for seatbelt violations, one citation for child restraint violations, and 17 citations and 19 warnings for speeding.


➤ Georgia Southern University Police 

▲ Officers issued three traffic citations and eight traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.

▲ SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a theft.

In a separate call, a person was judicially referred to university authorities for discipline over drug complaints.
