    Javon Stanley Sapp, 18, Plainville Drive, Atlanta — possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

    Clare Warren Mulherin, 21, Woodshole Circle — DUI/less safe, hit and run, failure to maintain lane, texting while driving.
    Jordan Xavier Owens, 23, Bermuda Run Apartments — simple battery.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A man said he received a W-2 form in the mail in spite of his not having worked in three years due to injury. The form had the wrong Social Security number but all his other information was correct, he said.
    OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — A woman said a female in a black Lexus hatchback with South Carolina plates came to her house selling medical supplies. When she told the woman to leave her property, the woman said she would come back during the weekend. The complainant left her home the next day and saw the female at her neighbor’s home, looking around. She returned home to find a strange red Mustang in her driveway that left when she approached it.
    PECAN GROVE — A man said a woman claiming to be a GBI agent came looking for him, and showed him a photo that was not him. She told him his name and information was being used by someone else, and that he should report it as soon as possible, he said.
    NEVILLE DAIRY ROAD — A woman said another female harasses her by social media and text, making derogatory comments about her daughter.

Statesboro Police Department
    CEDARWOOD GNETS SCHOOL — A student was arrested for simple battery against a school employee.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A shoplifting suspect was cited after being caught taking DVDs and video games without paying.
    In another incident a suspect was caught taking $350 worth of clothes and $120 worth of alcoholic beverages.
    In a third incident a person was cited for trying to steal a pair of $100 headphones.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — Complainants told officers a man living in their apartment complex followed them.
    STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE — A man said he sold a gaming system to another person who paid him in “play money.” He said he didn’t realize the cash was fake until after the sale.
    BUTLER HOMES — A man said his mother’s boyfriend attacked him. The offender was arrested.
    WOODLAND DRIVE — A woman told police someone entered her house, removed things and returned them at a later date.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman said in a follow-up call on a patient, a man threatened her.
    GATA RECOVERING — Someone reported a domestic dispute.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE APARTMENTS — Someone was arrested on marijuana possession charges. They were also judicially referred to university officials for punishment.
