Tiesha Latrease Holmes, 31, Brinson Street, Rocky Ford - battery/family violence.
Christopher Kyle Kimsey, 19, Cedar Street, Metter - simple battery, possession of a false ID, public intoxication, possession/use of drug-related objects, criminal trespass.

Georgia Southern University Police
Jimell Malique Louis, 20, Spring Lane, Peachtree - criminal trespass.
Jimmie Lee Mikell, 36, Clifton Road - suspended license, following too closely.

Jermaine Tyreek Kearse, 21, East Plainview Derive, Warrenton - DUI/less safe/drugs, speeding.
Kelvin Lamonte Mercer, 39, J. Roy Washington Road - possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, open container, suspended license, failure to maintain lane, DUI/less safe.

INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Department

OLD DILL ROAD - A man who lives out of state reported that his property had been damaged by someone who broke into a garage. He also found items that showed someone had been "squatting" (living without permission) on his property.
ELLIS ROAD - A woman told deputies that her brother admitted to using her identity to get a credit card in her name without her permission.
STILSON LEEFIELD ROAD - A woman awoke to find a man in her home who did not belong there. The man, about whom deputies have had recent calls regarding his confused behavior, said the home "just popped up out of nowhere, and he felt he should go inside." Nothing was taken, and no one was injured.

Statesboro Police Department
VARIOUS LOCATIONS - Officers investigated four accidents Friday, one Saturday and one Sunday.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET - Officers responded to a verbal dispute.
STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL - A student was found with a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, arrested and turned over to parental guardians after the Department of Juvenile Justice was contacted.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued one traffic citation and two traffic warnings and assisted 10 motorists.
SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS - Someone reported harassing communications.
CENTENNIAL PLACE APARTMENTS - Police investigated a drug complaint. An offender was judicially referred for punishment to university officials. According to reports, there was also an alcohol violation. No arrests were made.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Last week, troopers investigated 22 crashes with 14 reported injuries and no fatalities. Troopers also arrested three drivers on DUI charges.
Troopers also issued three citations and two warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for a child restraint violation, and 16 citations and 35 warnings for speeding.
