William Luther Powell, 30, Old Register Road — DUI/less safe, hit-and-run, failure to report an accident with injury or death, suspended license, serious injury by vehicle, failure to maintain lane.

Jermaine Doniell Saunders, 35, Cedarwood Mobile Home Park — parole violation.
INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — A man woke his mother and said “Mom, I have to turn myself in, If I don’t, I’m gonna hurt you, daddy and my sister. It’s not out of vengeance, nothing you did. I just want to hurt you.” He was taken to a hospital for a voluntary evaluation.
OLD REGISTER ROAD — A woman said a juvenile threw a piece of metal pipe through her window. The juvenile said it was an accident.
MCKELVEEN KENDRICK POND ROAD — A juvenile who had been caught with marijuana and other drugs and paraphernalia cut her own leg with a knife in a fit of anger. She was transported for treatment and then to Claxton Youth Detention Center.
Statesboro Police Department
LANIER DRIVE — A woman told police a female from her class called her and made threats of bodily harm.
In another, separate incident, a woman said a person she knows threatened her.
MIKELL STREET — A person reported hearing a “loud pop” and found damage to a window.
STILES INN — Someone called police about a person yelling, cursing and damaging a door.
JOHNSON STREET — A woman called police when an unknown person tried to break in through her back door.
Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued three traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.
PARRISH BUILDING — Someone reported a suspicious person.
CONE HALL — Officers responded to a report of a suspicious and disorderly person.
SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — A person was judicially referred to university officials for disciplinary measures due to a drug complaint. No arrest was made.
In a separate case, someone reported drug activity but no one was arrested or judicially referred.
In a third incident, a second person was judicially referred for a drug offense.
SOUTHERN COURTYARD —Someone reported seeing a person who was suspicious.
CERAMICS STUDIO — Officers investigated reports of a suspicious person
