Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    MCKELVEEN KENDICKS POND ROAD  — A deputy responded to a complaint of a female juvenile using narcotics (marijuana) in her mother’s home with an adult male. The case was turned over to juvenile authorities.
    LANES CHURCH ROAD  — Two men each called the sheriff’s office to complain that the other threatened him. They were each told not to contact each other.
    ASH BRANCH CHURCH ROAD  — A woman said a female she knew by name and two men she did not know walked into her yard and began arguing. They threatened to burn her house before leaving on foot.
    ARCOLA ROAD  — Deputies performing a welfare check on a woman arrested her after she fled on foot. They noted in reports she appeared to be under the influence of some unknown substance.
    JOHN R. COLEMAN ROAD  — A man said he allowed a couple to stay with him a few nights since their home had no power. A third man also stayed. The female in the couple agreed to clean the complainant’s house in exchange for lodging. The complainant reported a valuable coin, comic books and other items missing. Some of the items were found in the woman’s bag, but she blamed the third man for the theft and told the complainant she “knew people in the mafia.”  The third man denied stealing anything and made a phone call to the complainant, telling him he was “playing with fire.” The complainant took this as a threat and wanted all parties served with criminal trespass.
    PONDSIDE DRIVE  — Two women reported their cars had been entered and ransacked. $200 was taken from a wallet and the wallet was found discarded.
Another woman living in the area said a small black pure was taken from her car.
    ELLIS ROAD  — Someone reported an entering auto, Reports did not list items taken.
    WOODRUM ROAD SOUTH  — A woman reported a white dog killed one of her chickens. Deputies found the dog eating the chicken, and when its owner was contacted, he agreed to handle the matter with the complainant.
    FRANKLIN ROAD - A man said his ex-girlfriend, who is on drugs and whom he allowed to stay with him stole some of his household pots.
    LEON NEWSOME ROAD  — A man said someone broke in his home and stole items. Reports did not list items taken.
    HIGHWAY 301 NORTH  — A suspect was arrested on battery/family violence charges after deputies responded to a domestic call.
    CYPRESS LAKE DRIVE  — Two women fighting over finances called deputies. One woman said the other grabbed a knife but didn’t threaten her with it.
    TWIN FORKS ROAD  — A woman reported being victimized in a scam by someone she believed to be Country artist Garth Brooks and his management team, whom she communicated via Facebook. The woman believed they hired her as a cashier, sent her fraudulent checks and asked her to cash them and send back excess funds.

Statesboro Police Department
    BERMUDA RUN ROAD  — A woman refused to cooperate with police responding to a battery incident.
    RENAISSANCE APARTMENTS  — A woman said someone broke in and stole gaming systems, games and apartment keys.
    MILL CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL  — A student brought a knife to school. School officials handled the disciplinary actions.
In a separate incident a student threatened s teacher.
    ST. CHARLES PLACE  — A man said someone stole his medication.
    In a separate incident a man and woman engaged in a physical altercation.
    VALLEY ROAD  — A woman reported being followed.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS  — A woman said a man pulled her hair during an argument.
    DELUXE INN  — A man was arrested after a physical altercation with a woman. He also took her purse and wallet.
    COWBOYS  — A man was arrested for public intoxication and being unruly.
    MARKET 100 APARTMENTS  — A woman said someone she knows stole her wallet.
    O’NEAL DRIVE  — A man and woman were involved in a physical altercation but neither was arrested.
    THE VAULT  — Someone reported shots fired, but no victims or suspects were located.
    BROAD STREET  — A man reported seeing juveniles enter his yard and take a bicycle.
    HARDEN ROAD  — A woman who claimed her spouse abuse her was given information on remedies and safety.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET  — A man said he and his roommate engaged in a physical fight.
    STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE  — A stolen gray 2007 Pontiac 4S with fire damage was recovered.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued three traffic citations and two traffic warnings and assisted three motorists.
    FACILITY SERVICES  — Someone reported a theft.             Also, someone called police regarding a civil matter.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD  — Someone reported a bike stolen.
    HUMAN RESOURCES  — Officers investigated reports of a suspicious person.
