    JOHNSON STREET — A man struck another in the face during an argument.
    LOVETT ROAD — A man and woman argued over his withdrawing funds from their joint account.
    JEWEL DRIVE — A couple argued over monetary issues and the holidays.

    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Dec. 12-18.
    Surrendered by county resident owners — two dogs and three cats.
    Surrendered by City of Statesboro residents — eight dogs and nine cats.
    Collected by humane officers — six fogs and one cat form rural county areas; six dogs and two cats form City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter —two dogs.
    Reclaimed by owner —one dog.
    Euthanized — three dogs and eight cats.
