▲ SEED TICK ROAD — Deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute.

▲ SIMONS LANE — A woman said someone stole a faucet off a water pump in her pump house.

▲ MILL CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman reported the theft of a cellphone and a $10 bill.

▲ BURKHALTER ROAD — Deputies responded to a verbal dispute over marital issues.


➤ Georgia State Patrol Post 45

▲ Last week, troopers investigated 20 crashes with three reported injuries and one fatality and charged five drivers with DUI.

▲ Troopers also issued 11 citations and three warnings for seat belt violations, two citations for child restraint violations, and 24 citations and 47 warnings for speeding.


➤ Statesboro Police Department

▲ SOUTH MAIN STREET — Someone reported a stolen bicycle.

In a separate incident, someone reported a man looking into windows, but police did not locate a suspect.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — A man said his neighbor’s guests made threats of violence against him.

▲ NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man reported as suspicious was arrested on disorderly conduct charges.

▲ BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A man said his roommate shoved him during an argument.

▲ 111 SOUTH APARTMENTS — A man told police he was fearful of his roommate causing him bodily harm.

▲ HIBBETT SPORTS — An employee reported someone shoplifted a pair of shoes.

▲ VETERAN’S MEMORIAL PARKWAY/LANIER DRIVE — A woman said an unknown driver threatened her with a stick.


➤ Georgia Southern University Police

▲ Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.

▲ M.C. ANDERSON STORAGE FACILITY — Someone reported a criminal trespass incident.

▲ COBA BUILDING — Subjects were judicially referred to university authorities for discipline for fighting. They were not criminally charged.

▲ SOUTH CAMPUS — Someone reported a suspicious person/activities.
