MILLHOUSE STEAKHOUSE — A man walked into the restaurant around 10 p.m. Oct. 7 and brandished a gun at the bar. Then, witnesses said he tried to hitch his vehicle to the porch, using a winch, in order to pull the porch off.
PLANTATION VILLAS — A person reported a rape around 5 a.m. Oct. 6. A victim signed a termination of investigation agreement.
THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A man reportedly stalked a woman and was arrested for his behavior between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 6:15 p.m. Friday.
VETERANS MEMORIAL PARKWAY/LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported that someone shot her car while she was driving around 2:25 a.m. Friday. There were four people in the car, and police noted several bullet holes in the car. The only description the victim had was that the shots came from a dark car.
CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man reported hearing a gunshot and told police he saw someone holding his leg around 11:50 p.m. Friday.
UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS — A told police around 1:45 a.m. Saturday that two men, both of whom he does not know, stole his wallet and cellphone as well as a woman’s cellphone at gunpoint.
CAMPUS EVOLUTION VILLAGE — Three victims told police that three unknown males exited a car and attacked them around 1:45 a.m. Saturday. They also damaged property belonging to the victims, reports stated. On Sunday, a man said two men approached him and demanded cash. The case remains under investigation.

SOUTHERN PINES — Three people were judicially referred to university authorities for punishment after police caught them with marijuana around 11 p.m. Oct. 5. None were arrested.
RUMRUNNERS — Officers saw two men fighting around 12:15 a.m. Oct. 7 and arrested them for underage drinking and other charges. One man claimed to work for RumRunners and said he was just wrestling with his friend. The other man had a wrist band stating he was 21, and both men had false identification in their possession.
