Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

CODY LANE - A woman said someone broke into the home from which she is moving and stole several items.
KERMIT DRIVE - A man said someone broke in and stole a TV and two sets of golf clubs.
PONDEROSA ROAD - A man was arrested for stealing a neighbor's TV and antenna. The TV was found in a storage shed, and the antenna had been installed in front of his home. He claimed he found the items in a Dumpster.
JESSICA LANE - A man said someone tried to break into his house. He showed deputies signs of damage and a broken window pane.
CARTER DRIVE - A man told deputies that he had argued with his father at another location about an accident he had experienced, and the argument became physical.
ELLIS ROAD - A woman argued with a man about a gun she found in a closet. She called law enforcement about the gun and told the man she wanted him evicted.
BAYMONT INN - A man renting a room told the desk clerk that there were people being held against their will on the third floor, including Bulloch County Sheriff Noel Brown's daughter. It was determined that no one was being held, and the man, who suffers from mental issues and admitted to not taking his medications properly, was taken for evaluation at a hospital.

Statesboro Police Department
CLAIRBORNE AVENUE - A mother and adult daughter were arrested after being involved in a physical fight.
STATESBORO PLACE CIRCLE - A woman said her roommate and her roommate's guest kept coming into her room, trying to make her fight them.
KAPPA DELTA HOUSE - A woman called police to report that her boyfriend had assaulted her and damaged property, but she did not wish to prosecute.
WAL-MART - A person used improper UPC codes to buy $36 worth of food at discounted prices.
    In another incident, a person was arrested for shoplifting a $23 handbag, a $4 roll of duct tape, a pack of light bulbs, raw shrimp worth $6, a $10 Proglass item and a $6 muffin tray.
MOON NAILS - A man employed by the business and a female customer both were arrested for fighting. The business owner later filed a report with police that the customer's family was harassing him by phone.

Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued no traffic citations but 10 traffic warnings and assisted six motorists.
