Guyton man dies after crash on Ga. 119

A man was killed early Thursday morning when a truck in which he was a passenger struck a culvert. The driver of the vehicle remains in critical condition, according to Bulloch County Coroner Jake Futch. Around 2:16 a.m. Thursday, William Harry Waters, 50, Lee Road, Pembroke, was driving on Ga. 119 heading south when he lost control of his 1986 Ford Ranger, left the roadway, and struck a driveway culvert, according to Georgia State Patrol reports.
