To the gentleman calling ... about placing ... about placing a veterans' hospital in Statesboro, the Herald wrote about this issue several weeks ago. Veterans' hospitals are national hospitals, built and run by the federal government. Since there are others within driving distance, it is unlikely that Bulloch County will ever get one.
