▲ CANADY COURT — Deputies responded to a reported theft by deception. Reports did not list any details.

▲ MILL CREEK LODGE — A tenant and landlord had a dispute over a security deposit. The landlord kept the deposit due to cleaning and because an animal was kept at the residence. The tenant said the pet policy only applied to cats and dogs, not a caged small pet. Deputies told them it was a civil matter and referred them to magistrate court.
