Tyrone Davis, 46, Creekside Way, Metter - failure to maintain lane; open container; suspended license; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute; marijuana sale, purchase, distribution or manufacture; possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of felonies.
Caroline Victoria Hamm, 24, Hunt Drive, Savannah - probation violation.
David Lamar Parker, 19, Burkhalter Road - probation violation.
James Enoch Rollins, 43, Highway 25, Portal - to serve 60 days on conviction in Superior Court for abandonment of dangerous drugs, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, failure to exercise due care, drugs not in original container, stop sign violation, DUI/ drugs.

Correction: On Sept. 2, it was incorrectly reported that Ross Lyle Marshall, 18, Hampton Green, Peachtree City, was charged with possession of a false ID. The correct charges are underage possession of alcohol, marijuana possession (less than an ounce) and possession of drug-related objects.
Kristen Nicole Higgins, 17, Olympic Boulevard - possession of a false ID, underage possession of alcohol.

Statesboro Police Department

STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL - Someone stole an iPhone, wallet and $20 cash during a football game.
MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS - A woman said another female threatened to beat her up because she was talking to the offender's ex-boyfriend.
PROCTOR STREET - A woman reported that someone she does not know posted derogatory and untrue comments on Facebook. When an officer met with the offender, the offender had already spoken with the victim, deleted the harmful post, posted a retraction admitting the statements were untrue and apologized.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A person was arrested after shoplifting $108 worth of hygiene products.
EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - A man trying to break up a fight was struck in the face.
HONEY BOWEN BUILDING/MAX LOCKWOOD DRIVE - Firefighters extinguished a small fire in a trash can.
 ANTHONY STREET - A man awoke to find a strange, unknown man asleep on his couch. When police arrived to search the home, no one was found.
BAYMONT INN - A man said that he was sitting in his car when his ex-girlfriend showed up and stuck him in the face.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
PATRIOT INN - Deputies responded to a reported fight and met with a suspect who told them that he knew they were there for a murder he had committed and that he needed to see his granddaughter. The man was acting very erratically, consistent with drug abuse, reports stated. Deputies found crystal methamphetamine in his pocket. Witnesses said he was loud and yelling as he ran up and down the breezeway and became combative when asked to be quiet. His wife said he assaulted her, striking her, and dragged her and their 1-year-old child outside to show them a grave site that did not exist. She said that he thought she was his granddaughter and that he was not her husband, and he believed he was wanted for murder.
OLD GROVELAND ROAD - A woman said that her child's father harassed her and placed roofing nails in her driveway.
COUNTRY CLUB ROAD - A woman said that a man, enraged because the complainant had discovered the identity of her child's father, poured bleach on her clothing and took a house key.
COLFAX ROAD WEST - A woman said that a man who lives in her neighborhood sent her disturbing messages on social media, including one that said his "suicide would be on her skin." Deputies investigated, and the man said that it was a case of mistaken identity and that he meant to message someone else of the same name.
