    Chris Mitchell McDowell, 38, Brannen Road — two counts aggravated assault.
    Glenna Jannette NeSmith, 35, Neville Dairy Road — misdemeanor obstruction of officers.

    Christopher Elliott Rushing, 24, Windsor Road — probation violation for misdemeanor charge.

Statesboro Police Department
    Jeremy Marquz Allen, 19, Carrington Drive, Hephzibah — criminal trespass.
    Michael Antonio Fryson, 30, MLK Jr. Drive, Millen — marijuana possession (less than 1 ounce).
    Charveil Stephon McNeal, 19, Raleigh Court — felony theft by receiving stolen property.
    Deandre Lamont Oliver, 35, Lanier Drive — simple battery (family violence), wanted person (Douglas Police Department).

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    U.S. HIGHWAY 301 — After a deputy initiated a traffic stop Wednesday near Country Lake Estates, the suspect driver fled. Warrants were issued on six charges, including fleeing or attempting to elude, speeding, marijuana possession, possession and use of drug-related objects, driving while license suspended and obstruction of officers.
    BEASLEY ROAD — A man reported getting a harassing phone call from his ex-girlfriend’s current husband accusing him of being behind on child support and pressuring him about adopting the child.
    JESSICA LANE — A resident reported a burglary with no forced entry. Items including Nike Huarache shoes, flip-flops, a video game console and games and a piggy bank containing $30 were reported missing. An investigator lifted a fingerprint from a mirror on a jewelry box that had been opened but from which nothing was thought to be missing.
    ROCKY FORD ROAD — A couple in the process of getting a divorce were reportedly in a domestic dispute. The woman stated that the man, while removing what she believed were two shotguns from a shed, aimed one of the guns in her direction. The man showed the reporting deputy guns locked in a closet in the home and said they were his only weapons.

Statesboro Police Department
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A man was arrested on a criminal trespass charge. The arresting officer noted the man had previously been served a warning.
    PACKINGHOUSE ROAD — A man was arrested on a simple assault charge after a woman reported that he threatened her life when she asked him to leave.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — Items reported stolen in a theft-by-taking incident at an apartment included a book bag, a storage container, a stool, a mop and weights, together  valued at $205.
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported that her boyfriend choked her and pulled her hair. Police arrested him on a simple battery (family violence) charge.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — An officer who made a traffic stop near Mikell Street reported finding the driver in possession of a stolen firearm. The  suspect was charged with theft  by receiving stolen property.
