INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    SHERIFF’S OFFICE LOBBY — A Bulloch County resident reported receiving two letters from a man in a state prison after contacting the prison numerous times requesting that the inmate stop writing him. The reporting deputy informed the complainant about magistrate court procedures, gave him a copy of the incident report, and said the Sheriff’s Office will also contact the prison.
    BURKHALTER ROAD — A fight outdoors involving two next-door neighbors was reported. With a deputy mediating, the neighbors apologized to each other, and no further action was taken.
    HOLLAND ROAD — After a “loitering or prowling” incident was reported, a deputy sought warrants for a suspect.
    HIGHTOWER ROAD, JOSH SMITH ROAD, CLIFTON ROAD — After responding to a report of reckless driving involving four-wheelers, a deputy arrested one man, 19, on driving with suspended license and marijuana possession charges.
    OLD REGISTER ROAD — A woman reported several items stolen from her vehicle after leaving some of the doors unlocked.

Statesboro Police Department
    MORRIS HEIGHTS — After responding to a report of a fight, an officer noted that the suspects where gone when the officer arrived, but the subsequent arrest of a man on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, criminal trespass and giving false information was noted on the same form.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A woman reported hearing a loud noise and then seeing that her bedroom window was broken. This was listed as a criminal trespass incident.
    LANIER DRIVE — A resident reported a burglary in which no forced entry was noted and the culprit was believed to have entered the apartment through the front door. The items reported stolen were an AR-15 rifle, valued at $700, and a Taurus .38-caliber handgun, valued at $299.
    HILL STREET — Someone at a business reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Georgia Southern University Police
    COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — Someone reported a robbery between the college building and the pond, and the case was turned over the department’s criminal investigations division.
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — A fire alarm resulted in a judicial referral.
