    Shane Castillo Reese, 22, Moore Road, Portal — wanted person (battery).
    Martonio Jarqueze Lipsey, 25, Miller Street — stop sign violation, marijuana possession.

Incidents
    FRED’S — (Northside Drive West) A woman said her boyfriend choked her and bit her on the shoulder.

Arrests
    Randy Lee Adams Jr., 22, Poplar Creek Lane, Soperton — probation violation.
    Kevin Frances Eddy, 35, Carlton Road, Garfield — failure to register as a convicted sex offender.
    Robert Wayne Shearouse, 34, Katie Drive, Rincon — parole violation.
    Michael Christopher Kunder, 20, Sutton Drive, McDonough — DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol while driving a motor vehicle.

Incidents
    ELDORA ROAD — (Ellabell) Neighbors were fussing about one woman using profanity and yelling while the other tried to sleep. The neighbor whose sleep was disturbed fired a pistol into the air to warn the other to be quiet.
    MOSSY CREEK CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man bringing his children home to his ex-wife’s residence became angry when he saw his ex-wife’s male guest. He demanded the other man leave and became more incensed when his ex-wife told him to leave instead. He called her father in Vietnam and told him about the male guest, and told deputies in his culture it was OK for a man to have a girlfriend but not for the ex-wife to have a boyfriend. He was very intoxicated, deputies wrote in reports.
    SAFEHAVEN — (Statesboro) A woman had warrants issued for her husband after he violated a protective order.
    HAWK’S RIDGE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man and his father argued because the son was angry because of supper not being cooked fast enough.

    Officers issued seven traffic citations Monday.

Incidents
    Officers assisted one motorist Monday.
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Officers responded to the Kappa Alpha House in reference to unknown persons at that location yelling at and making inappropriate comments to sorority members. The same offenders also broke bottles. Senior members of Kappa Alpha advised that they would address the problem.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Someone reported the theft of a carpet scrubber.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 15 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — five medical calls.
    Evans County EMS — one accident call and five medical calls.
 
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Monday: four calls to Bulloch County First Responders and one miscellaneous call.
