    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — A man and his wife were each arrested after a domestic dispute that turned physical.
    CAMPUS EVOLUTION VILLAGE — Two women reported the theft of a makeup bag, driver’s licenses and a bank card. The makeup bag was recovered, but they found the card had been used at Pizza Hut on South Main Street and Flash Foods by offenders they know.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A woman was arrested on third-offense theft by shoplifting charges after stealing 15 clothing items worth about $135.
    STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT — A man visited the police department, claiming he had been sent a text stating he had been reported missing from Savannah. His identity was verified, as well as that he was in good health and safe.
    CAMBRIDGE-AT-SOUTHERN/THE PALMS — Two wooden tables, a dresser, and a desk were reported stolen.

    Decarmathea Branch, 34, Brown Avenue, Millen — 30 counts of deposit account fraud (misdemeanor), one felony charge of deposit account fraud.

    Randy Lee Hawkins, 43, Highsmith Street, Waycross — terroristic threats and acts.
    Christopher Allen Bray, 29, Mud Road, Brooklet — felony probation violation.

Incidents
    TODD DRIVE — A man said he and his brother are executors of their father’s estate, and property was split into two sections. A stepbrother was found on one of the properties, and when confronted, he threatened to “put a cap in (the complainant’s rear end).”
    In a separate but related incident, a woman complained her stepson came onto the property and took something she could not identify. The stepson explained the property from his father’s estate, of which he and a brother are executors, is split in two and he was on his 30 acres, feeding livestock. He said the matter is pending trial, but until then, he and his brother are legal executors.
    SINKHOLE ROAD — A man noticed a white truck in the roadway, dropping off a man who walked towards the complainant’s home. He said he recognized the truck as belonging to a man he knows is a drug addict and who has been known to steal gas and other items. He said his mother had been experiencing theft of gasoline from her vehicle. The complainant said the truck returned, but the driver saw him and the truck left quickly.
