Jimmy Lee Raymond, 66, Overland Street — obstruction, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug-related object.

WESTSIDE ROAD — A man called deputies around 10 a.m. Thursday to report being attacked by another man. The offender beat on the victim’s door, demanding he call the offender’s mother. He was speaking in a manner the victim could not understand, and when the victim couldn’t reach the man’s mother, the offender kicked in his door and attacked him. The offender, who was arrested and appeared under the influence of an intoxicant, smashed the victim’s TV and electric guitar as well.
CYPRESS LAKE DRIVE — A man told deputies around noon Thursday that a neighbor cut fishing lines he had set out.
U.S. HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — A Bulloch County Humane Enforcement officer told deputies around 3:20 p.m. Thursday that he was issuing a man some citations for animal control issues when the man threatened to harm him. The offender told deputies the officer threatened to beat him physically if he had to get out of his truck.

Surrendered by citizens — 18 dogs and 13 cats from rural county areas; eight dogs and six cats from City of Statesboro.
Collected by officers — 22 dogs and four cats from rural county areas; one dog from City of Statesboro.
Adopted from shelter — six dogs and five cats.
Reclaimed by owners — one dog and one cat.
Died at shelter — four dogs and two cats.
Euthanized — 29 dogs and 54 cats.
