    Jimmy Dewayne James, 21, Connor Circle, Evans, Ga. — wanted person.
    Willie Lamar Lacue, 26, Railroad Avenue, Twin City — suspended license, improperly displayed tag.
    Zachary David Lamb, 19, Commonwealth Avenue, Cumming, Ga. — public indecency, underage possession of alcohol, giving false information.
    Gary Jerome Spencer, 51, South College Street — battery, theft by taking (sudden snatch).
    James Thomas Clark III, 41, Langston Chapel Road — suspended license, excessive volume from radio, open container.
    Joyce Ray Hanson, 56, Mikell Street — begging and soliciting (second offense).
    Justin Demetrius Hagan, 20, Elm Street — simple assault, harassing phone calls.
    Jazmin Cheri Tolson, 20, Bermuda Run Road — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    COLLEGE BOULEVARD —  A woman saw a man walk past her bathroom window, then run through her yard, around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
    CAMPUS CROSSING — A man told police around 9:50 p.m. Saturday that he received harassing calls from women threatening his girlfriend. The girlfriend told police someone put feces on her car door handles.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman said her boyfriend hurt her during a physical struggle and stole her wallet around 6:20 p.m. Saturday.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman told police around 5:35 p.m. Saturday that $70, a handgun and bullets were stolen by someone who burglarized her apartment.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
    The post reported the following activity for the week of July 14–20:

Arrests
    Samuel Scott Plotts, 22, Bowen Road, Twin City — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

Incidents
    Troopers issued five seat belt citations, nine speeding citations, and 33 total citations.
    Troopers also investigated 33 crashes with 19 reported injuries; stopped 35 vehicles; issued two seat belt warnings, one child restraint warning, 16 speeding warnings and 42 total warnings; and assisted two motorists.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    William Leary Jackson, 19, Chandler Road — underage possession of alcohol. 

Incidents
    Officers issued 10 traffic citations and 11 traffic warnings and assisted    five motorists Friday through Sunday.
    J-LOT — Five vehicles that did not have parking permits were towed around 10:55 p.m. Friday. Five more were towed around 11:15 p.m. Saturday.
    C-LOT — Five vehicles that did not have parking permits were towed around 11:43 p.m. Saturday.
