    Velmon Luther Dowling, 17, Peachtree Street — driving without a valid license, failure to obey traffic device.
    Lagrant Clark, 52, South College Street — wanted person.
    Stephon Cedria Solsberry, 22, Buck Creek Road, Millen — terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, obstruction.
    Nyah Degraffinreadt, 23, Wilson Avenue, Brunswick — failure to maintain lane, tag light violation, DUI.
    Teneshia Nicole Jones, 29, Institute Street — wanted person, marijuana possession, giving false information.

Incidents
    CORE CREDIT UNION — A woman parked her car in the parking lot while she went to a local lounge. Someone stole a purse and other items, which were recovered at a nearby location.
    THE ISLANDS — A woman said a man shoved her over an argument about texts she received. He denied shoving her but admitted to the argument.
    VALLEY ROAD — Police detectives are investigating reports by a man who said two unknown men tried to rob him.
    EAGLE CREEK TOWNHOUSES — A Sony PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and laptop computer were reportedly stolen.
    COLLEGE STREET APARTMENTS — Someone stole a TV.
    PRIMETIME LOUNGE — A man yelling and being abusive walked away when an officer approached and refused to stop, then fled. He had threatened several with bodily harm and was arrested.

Incidents
    ST. ANDREWS CIRCLE — (Statesboro) Someone reported the theft of a Remington .22-caliber rifle.
    PECAN GROVE LANE — (Portal) A man argued with his brother, who told him he may be the father of the complainant’s child. The complainant told his brother to start taking care of the child if that was the case.
    RAINTREE COURT — (Statesboro) A man who admitted having consumed alcohol went to a neighbor’s for the third time to ask the volume of music be lowered because he has a child and the music was disturbing. He told deputies several at the party attacked him physically and struck his wife when she tried to help him.
    CLAUDIA STREET — (Portal) A juvenile damaged a home and kicked a small dog, causing it to run away. The person caring for the juvenile was not his legal guardian and said the child’s mother is in jail. He did not want the child, and neither did a relative.
    NOTTINGHAM ROAD — (Statesboro) A black utility trailer was reported stolen.
    ALFORD ROAD — (Statesboro) A juvenile threatened his parents with a golf club after they disciplined him for vandalizing a neighbor’s home. Deputies had already been to the home, but were called back after the violent aggression. The juvenile was arrested.
    FRIENDSHIP CHURCH ROAD — A man said his mother, who fled into the woods when deputies arrived, had been taking drugs and would not leave him alone. Deputies found her passed out in a field and returned her home, where she said she would go to sleep. They were called back by the son, who said his mother was being mean and struck another son in the face. That time, she was arrested.
    ROBERTS WELDING AND MACHINE SHOP — (Brooklet) The complainant found that a pull-behind grill had been stolen after he received an odd phone call about the grill by an unknown caller.
    CLITO ROAD — Deputies responding to a reported domestic dispute arrested a man who kept insulting the state of Georgia as well as deputies, using vulgar words.

 
GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
    Troopers investigated two crashes with no reported injuries, issued three seat belt warnings and 12 speeding warnings, made 23 vehicle stops and patrolled 1,044 miles Monday.

Arrests
    Officers issued three traffic citations Monday.
