▲ DRY BRANCH VILLAGE — A man reported the theft of a chainsaw from his truck.

▲ FRED BLITCH ROAD — A woman reported a scam call in which someone threatened to sue her. She also reported suspicious activity on her debit card account.

▲ EAGLE TRACE MOBILE HOME PARK — A man reported the theft of a tool bag from his vehicle. He was visiting the location.

▲ OLD REGISTER ROAD — A resident reported undisclosed items taken in a burglary.

▲ BUIE CIRCLE — A man reported six firearms stolen during a burglary.

▲ HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A woman said a person failed to return or pay for a vehicle starter and Troybilt edger.

▲ HARVEY DRIVE — A woman told police she and her boyfriend argued over personal issues. Reports did not make clear who called police.

▲ BUTLER HOMES — A woman said someone stole her grandson's $300 bicycle.

▲ FAMILY DOLLAR — A shoplifting suspect fled after trying to take razors and scissors without paying.

▲ JAMES STREET/MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE — Police located four shell casings after someone reported hearing four shots fired in the area.

▲ STADIUM VIEW APARTMENTS — A man reported a former resident was mistreating her child. The Department of Family and Children Services was notified of the incident.

▲ MORRIS STREET — A woman said a man who had been served with a criminal trespass warning for the location damaged her car windshield with his fist and then struck her in the face.

▲ HARDEN ROAD — A woman was arrested after a man told police she (his girlfriend) punched and choked him.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — Police responded to reports that a woman and a man were engaged in a physical altercation.

In a separate case, a woman said someone she knows stole her keys.

In yet another case, police responded to a report of a crowd "about to fight" and met with a disorderly group. While dispersing and calming them, one person was argumentative and boisterous and was arrested.

▲ EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — Police met with a woman who said she was injured in a physical exchange with her significant other. She was given warrant information.

▲ CROSSWINDS DRIVE — A woman told officers she returned home to find a door broken as if someone had entered her home. Nothing was missing.

▲ S&S RAILROAD BED ROAD — Someone reported damage to a screen.

▲ RUCKER LANE — A man said his roommate's friend kicked in his bedroom door. During investigation, a person became "loud and boisterous" and was arrested.

▲ SOUTH MAIN STREET — Someone was arrested on charges of theft of a pink Huffy bicycle.

▲ ORANGE STREET — A person was arrested after a woman reported being struck several times during an argument.

▲ Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.

▲ RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY CENTER — Someone reported a suspicious person.

▲ GEORGIA AVENUE — Officers assisted Statesboro police on an unspecified call.

▲ OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Statesboro police asked for assistance on an unspecified call.

▲ COWBOY'S BAR — Officers assisted Statesboro police on a call. No details about the call were available.

▲ STATESBORO FIRE STATION — Officers assisted Statesboro police with a domestic dispute. Parties were separated.

▲ HIGHWAY 67/SECOND ST. JOHN CHURCH — Officers assisted Statesboro police by directing traffic so EMS could access the hospital.

▲ C LOT — Statesboro policed asked for assistance on a call.

▲ FREEDOM'S LANDING — Someone reported a suspicious person.

▲ Last week, troopers investigated 23 crashes with one reported fatality and 10 reported injuries. Troopers also arrested two drivers on DUI charges and issued 11 citations and six warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for child restraint violations, and 31 citations and 25 warnings for speeding.
