Police report - 6-27-15; Two women said a man came to their house and damaged three doors and walls.

STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests/citations
    Anthony Jerome Fiveash Jr., 23, Caribe Court — public drunkenness, disorderly conduct.

Incidents
    RUSHING LANE — A man claimed an unknown person cut the copper pipes of his air conditioning unit, removing some and leaving most of the copper in the area.
    PLANTATION VILLAS — A woman reported her girlfriend placed several items outside and several days later she realized some items had been stolen. It was determined that a friend of the neighbor took items thinking they had been discarded.
    HAWTHORNE COURT — A woman said an unknown person(s) entered her vehicle and removed a Yeti cooler, checkbook and money.
    THE CONNECTION — A woman stated an unknown person entered her unsecured vehicle and stole a GPS, Ipod, and several maintenance papers.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman said her ex-boyfriend incessantly sent her harassing calls and messages. She said he showed up to her place of employment and poured something all over the back of her car that she cannot clean off. A criminal trespass warning was served to the offender.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS APARTMENT — A woman advised that her ex-boyfriend, with whom she previously lived, took her car keys and left when she refused to return $200. The suspect later returned to retrieve the money and return the keys.
    MAIN STREET — An officer responded in reference to a forgery complaint where a man said an unknown person withdrew a sum of money from his savings at Core Credit Union.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAGE — Two women said a man came to their house and damaged three doors and walls.
CAMBRIDGE THE PINES — A woman reported that someone removed a weather guard from a window on her vehicle. The victim was advised of the magistrate process.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man reported he felt physical harm was going to be done to him following an argument at Meineke Car Care.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said the father of her youngest child arrived at her residence and began to physically strike her with a stick, causing visible injuries. The offender was gone prior to the arrival of the police and fled with the victim’s phone.
    ZETTEROWER AVENUE — A tag reader device alerted an officer about a vehicle reported stolen out of Clayton County. The officer was unable to locate the vehicle in the area but it  was found eventually at the Fast and Easy on Lanier Drive.
    SOUTH MAIN STREET — A man said that important legal, immigration, marriage, and estate documents were taken from his hotel room. The victim stated the offender was sharing the hotel with him and the incident occurred while he was incarcerated for an unrelated offense.

Incidents
    US 301 NORTH — A man said his ex-girlfriend, with whom he shares a child, refused to return their juvenile son to him at the Sheriff’s Office. The complainant went on to say it was his son’s birthday and that he allowed the offender to take custody for visitation earlier on this date. When the man called his ex-girlfriend she asked he pick up their son a few miles away from the discussed location and he refused.
    PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — A woman stated that she was prepared to rent a trailer from the offender. After looking at the trailer, the complainant stated the she paid the offender $400 to rent trailer. The victim went to the trailer after paying and the offender stated she had rented another trailer, not the one she inspected. The trailer was in extremely bad shape and the complainant stated the offender would not return the $400.
    OLD RIGGS MILL ROAD — A man and his wife reported that an unknown person took his Gold’s Gym weight set from the back porch of the residence and took four boxes of men’s clothes from a storage closet on the back porch
    US 80 EAST — A man said that an unknown offender opened the back bedroom window to his residence. The complainant stated they did not make entry into the residence because of furniture in front of the window.
    KING ARTHUR DRIVE — A man reported he heard a loud crash outside of his residence. He stated he went outside and saw a dark colored truck with a brush guard speed off down the street to another residence. The complainant approached the truck and made contact with the driver. The offender said he was not sober to drive. Officers approached residence the truck was spotted at to find a strong odor or marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the kitchen table. The offender left the scene before arrival of officer. A location on the truck and offender was given to police. Everyone was told to exit the house and to have a seat on the front porch. An officer made contact with a dark color truck parked behind residence on Burkhalter road. The officer made contact with the offender and noticed there was a strong alcohol odor. The offender would not cooperate with the officer. The suspect was placed under arrest for criminal trespass and obstruction.
