    Dieon Lavert Evans, 26, Gus Denmark Road — parole violation.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BENNETT GROOMS ROAD — A man and woman argued and each said the other cut their finger during a shoving match.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — Deputies were called to handle a disturbance caused by a student.
    CYPRESS LAKE ROAD — Caseworkers placed a child found crying outside a residence with a foster family after being unable to immediately locate family members. A neighbor had the child when deputies arrived.
    BULLOCH COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER — A man threatened to “grab my shotgun and come up there” after accusing shelter officers of stealing his dog. This was after he was told no one from the shelter had picked up his dog.

Statesboro Police Department
    BRAMPTON AVENUE — A driver who ran a stop sign was arrested on DUI charges, and a passenger was found to be a wanted person.
    In a separate incident, someone reported seeing men shining flash lights on vehicles. Police did not locate the offenders.
    SOUTH MULBERRY STREET — A man told police he and the mother of his child were involved in a verbal dispute.
    AGENCY ASSIST — Police assisted Bulloch County Sheriff’s deputies in seeking a person who fled on foot after a car chase. This occurred on Rushing and Brooklet-Denmark Roads.
