Statesboro Police Department
    PROCTOR STREET — A woman reported a man calling and texting her with threats to cause her bodily harm.
    WEST MAIN STREET — A traffic stop for a broken tail light led to the arrest of a man on cocaine charges.
    CHANDLER ROAD — A man who was possibly involved in a fight suffered facial injuries. Police gave him information on taking out warrants, and EMS treated him at the scene.
    INSTITUTE STREET — Police reports stated a woman was engaged in a physical fight with her "baby daddy." She was given advice on taking out warrants.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
    ROYAL CREST COURT — A man reported a false tax return was filed in his name. He received letters and a refund check that were not his, as he had not filed the return.  The return listed him as married and had another person's name as also filing a joint return.
    GOLF CLUB CIRCLE — A man told deputies he received a text and call at his workplace from his wife's ex-boyfriend, whom he fears has mental issues and fears will appear at his home.
    PLEASANT POINT ROAD — A woman reported being threatened by her brother over their father's will not being processed through court in a manner he felt was proper. When deputies phoned him about the threats, which they saw via text, he told them he would deal with his sister as he sees fit, to "take it for what it is worth," whether that meant beating her up or taking her to court. Deputies advised him that could be taken as a threat and he should opt for court, if necessary. Deputies noted in reports the man seemed to be intoxicated. The threats were that he would kill her if the will was not completed within 48 hours.
    MAY ROAD — A man told deputies he received a call from an unknown person who told him to go check his brother's home. When he did, he found a boat missing and a trailer moved.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued three traffic citations and three traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
