    Patrick Nathen-Deshawn Armstrong, 36, Harvey Drive — no helmet (riding motorcycle), driving without a valid license.

    Allison Suzanne Kurtz, 20, Rucker Lane — headlights violation, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
    Brittany Ashton Schultz, 23, Cowboy Way, Portal — six counts of financial transaction card fraud.
    Robert Thomas Lee, 19, Halcyondale Road, Sylvania — possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    BURKHLTER ROAD — Deputies investigated a felony theft, but reports did not disclose items stolen. The stolen items were returned to their owner.
    LEDBURY COVE — A woman reported the theft of a trash can.
    HIGHWAY 46/HAWKSHAW CIRCLE — A man was stopped after being clocked at 121 miles per hour. He was charged with speeding, DUI, reckless driving, open container and littering.

    CEDARWOOD GNETS SCHOOL — A student was arrested after causing a disturbance and striking someone several times.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman told police she had engaged in a fight with another woman.
