STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT
Arrests
    Bryson John Pritt, 17, Richmond Hill Road, Augusta — wanted person.

Incidents
    VISTA CIRCLE — A Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike with several custom parts, worth $1,000 was stolen.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A man and woman argued when he came home late. Police said he agreed to stay away until the woman went to work.
    GENTILLY DRIVE — A Huffy Cranbrook beach cruiser bike was reported stolen. She saw the man take it, and when a juvenile yelled at him to drop it, the offender did, and left.
    MIKELL STREET —  A woman reported someone stole a gold 2000 Honda Accord.
    NORTHSIDE DRIVE EAST — A man told police someone struck him, knocking out a tooth.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman complained of being harassed by another, who denied having any recent contact with the complainant.
    WOODLAND DRIVE — Two women argued over air conditioning, and one threatened the other with bodily harm.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A couple are being investigated regarding child cruelty charges after hospital staff reported suspicions. No arrests were made as of report time Wednesday.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests
    Martavius Adri’on Daise, 23, Lanier drive — simple battery.
    Donna Marie Futch, 31, Georgia Highway 119, Ellabell — illegal possession of a controlled substance.

Incidents
    SINKHOLE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported Cobra .380 pistol stolen from his vehicle.
    TAMI SHERI LANE — (Statesboro) A man grabbed his girlfriend by the throat and pinned her against a wall. He was arrested.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said his son punched him in the head as he drove. Deputies spoke with the son, who was walking out of a store, and the younger man said he needed to go to jail because he violated probation and struck his father. He was arrested.

Arrests
    Officers issued   traffic citation Monday.
 
Incidents
    Officers issued no traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Wednesday.
    Patrick Marcel McKever, 26, Hagan — sexual battery and simple battery 
    CENTENNIAL PLACE — A man was chatting online with a woman who asked that the conversation continue on Skype. The video reportedly froze and the complainant heard a male voice in broken English. He had accepted the female’s Facebook friend request, and suddenly got a message demanding money or the offenders would send the video they just recorded of the complainant, in which he exhibited lewd behavior, to his friends and family. The offenders showed him the video and it clearly identified him as well as what he was doing, reports stated. The offenders demanded $500 to remove the video from the Internet. Georgia Southern University Police are investigating the incident.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responded to the report of a suspicious person who appeared to be tampering with bicycles at the bike rack. 
The person had already left the area when officers arrived.  
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — A custodian reported finding what appeared to be marijuana in a room at Freedom’s Landing.  The case was turned over to criminal investigations.  
    HENDERSON LIBRARY — Officers responded to a report of sexual battery and arrested one person.
