    Patrick Nathen Deshawn Armstrong, 36, Harvey Drive — obstruction.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    DAPHNEY LANE — A woman said her husband, angry over infidelity, ordered her and her children to leave the home. Then he took her car keys and left himself, she said.
    HIGHWAY 301/INTERSTATE 16 — A deputy stopped a woman for traffic violations and discovered a large quantity of methamphetamine in her car.
    PROSSER ROAD — A woman reported the theft of three pictures of her children, which were hanging in her wall. She suspected a woman who had permission to enter her home to assist with the children, but the accused woman denied taking the photos.

Statesboro Police Department
    BRANNEN STREET — A woman reported the theft of a bank envelope with an undisclosed amount of cash from her purse while at work.
    FOXLAKE DRIVE — A woman said she and her husband argued and he caused her bodily harm. The man was arrested.
    FAIR ROAD — A woman reported for begging and soliciting was located and arrested for having a crack pipe on her person.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and three traffic warnings and assisted five motorists.
